Walkthrough

After rebuilding the Pokemon Center, Mosslax will appear near the center. Talk to him and he'll ask for 5 Oran Berries. These can be found on wild berry trees in the Withered Wasteland or purchased from other NPCs if available. Deliver the berries and enjoy the cutscene of Mosslax taking a satisfying nap. This unlocks his shop where you can buy useful items.

Oran Berries respawn daily on berry trees. If you can't find enough, check back the next in-game day.
